After we went to the Children's Museum, we ate our lunch and the kids couldn't help but want to go into the water. We were not prepared, but the kids wanted to go anyway. They had a blast and enjoyed cooling off in the water. Even Ashleigh and her broken finger had fun. We just tucked her cast under on of her shirts and off she went. I'm not sure how effective it was, but it made her feel better about "not getting it wet".
