It is hard to believe that Janiel is ten years old. Time flies! We were lucky to have Heather and her girls here for the celebration. We kept it simple and at home-it helped that it fell on Sunday this year (and Mother's Day). Janiel is a wonderful daughter. She is a great helper with the three little girls. She loves to make things. She is learning to sew and play the piano (not as often as she would like). She has a sweet temperament most of the time, but once in a while she will get fire in her eyes-that usually has to do with Wes. She likes to make jokes and be funny. She is a great friend. I am thankful for her as my daughter and friend.
