The kids love to go swimming at our pool. In fact, at times they are the only ones there because it is too cold for anyone sane to go swimming. I sit on the side and shiver and they are all in the pool. It is supposedly heated, but not that warm. But Saturday was a really nice day and there were a lot of people at the pool. Erin is trying to catch the shark.
Ashleigh and Erin love to float around the pool. Ashleigh has learned to hold her breath under water and is quite proud of it. She likes to have me count as she does it. Erin likes to try, but doesn't like to get her forehead wet.
Wesley and Janiel bring their goggles and flippers when we go. They are quite little fish in the water. Wes has a toy called the "Toypedo" that zooms through the water when you throw it, so that is his favorite thing to do there. Janiel isn't in any of the pictures this time because she was at her friend's house swimming. This picture shows some nice hair wings that got cut off that night.
Ashleigh is sporting her tube. The girls cruise around in their tubes. I think we will be doing swimming lessons soon.
Kara says, "I can swim by myself." So here she is swimming by herself.
