We started a tradition several years ago of having a fun-fancy Valentines Dinner. This year, unfortunately, Brent had to be at the hospital. I did it alone, as I know it means a lot to the kids. Our menu varies from year to year, but some things stay the same. This year Ashleigh requested chicken and potatoes. Other things that are tradition include: heart shaped ice cubes made out of Kool-aide in Sprite, tablecloth, candles, candy bags and a small gift for each child. I love each of my little valentines!
