February 6, 2010: This is our second attempt at going to the beach. This picture shows some sun peeking through, but it was cold. I stayed dressed in my beach chair. The girls loved finding sea shells. They didn't mind the wind much.
Wesley wanted to show how windy it was. The towel was blowing a lot more than this. We still had to drag them away. . . with the promise to swim at the pool. It wasn't any warmer at the pool, but at least there was a hot tub.

It would be wonderful to be so close to the ocean! Enjoy. I'm sure you'll have some warmer days soon. Maybe you'll even learn to surf!
